To by m\u011blo za n\u00e1sledek ohro\u017een\u00ed ekonomick\u00e9ho syst\u00e9mu v cel\u00e9 zemi. Zd\u00e1 se v\u00e1m tento katastrofick\u00fd sc\u00e9n\u00e1\u0159 tak trochu p\u0159ita\u017een\u00fd za vlasy? Ale v\u016fbec ne! Podobn\u00fd sc\u00e9n\u00e1\u0159 toti\u017e m\u011bla i sv\u011btov\u00e1 finan\u010dn\u00ed krize v roce 2007. V sou\u010dasn\u00e9 dob\u011b je tedy mo\u017en\u00e9 hypot\u00e9ku na nemovitost \u010derpat jen z 90% z\u00e1stavn\u00ed hodnoty nemovitosti. P\u0159esto je mo\u017en\u00e9 dos\u00e1hnout na n\u00ed i bez vlastn\u00edch \u00faspor. T\u00e9to mo\u017enosti doc\u00edl\u00edte, pokud m\u016f\u017eete ru\u010dit v\u00edce nemovitostmi nebo po\u017e\u00e1dat o pomoc zn\u00e1me \u010di rodinu.
